Operating limit · no more than two concurrent engagements

Rodolf is the founder and delivery lead of ThynkQ. He spent his earlier career at Meta and Sanofi, and now runs a senior engineering studio built on a simple contract: fixed scope, fixed price, documented handoff, and a system your team owns when he leaves.

No sales layer. You work directly with the people scoping, building, and handing over the product.

Background

How we work

We own the full stack. Frontend, backend, database, auth, payments, AI, infrastructure, deployment. The same engineer who designs the architecture also monitors it in production.

Production systems require monitoring, error handling, CI/CD, and security as defaults, not afterthoughts. That operating standard carries into every ThynkQ engagement.

Direct access to the person writing the code. No account managers, no project coordinators, no layers between you and the work.

Production engineering

Prior work across production software, release workflows, and human-review paths. Client-specific detail stays private when it is not appropriate to publish.

Delivery model

Founder-led with specialist support.

We turn hard product decisions into software your team owns. Scope, architecture, and quality decisions stay with the founder. Client communication does too. Specialists support specific tasks under that review layer.

Best fit: launch in the next quarter with one decision owner available weekly.

Not fit: lowest-cost shopping, undefined ownership, or broad discovery without a timeline.

Studio roster

4 named humans. Every decision is theirs.

The humans below own scope, architecture, and every delivery decision. Behind them, a fleet of 91 AI agents runs scoped, reviewable tasks under human supervision. The agents are software, not staff — they never make decisions alone.

AI agent fleet · 91 agents

These 91 are AI agents, not employees. They handle bounded, reviewable work — research, drafts, checks, builds — for the 4 humans above. Every commitment to a client is made by a person.

  • Scoped tasks under human review
  • No autonomous client-facing commitments
  • Every decision owned by a named human

Software your team owns. A clear next decision.

We accept no more than two concurrent engagements so scope, architecture, and handoff stay directly accountable. Start with a fit review to confirm timing and scope.
