- Primary engagement lanes: MCP Risk Review ($3,000, 48 hours, self-serve), Build Readiness Audit ($7,500, 1 week), Rescue Sprint ($15,000, 2 weeks), Launch Build ($30,000 fixed, 4 weeks), Product Build ($60,000, 8 weeks), Engineering Retainer ($12,000/mo, 3-month minimum, gated behind a completed build or warm referral).
- Payment terms: 50/50 on everything up to $59,999. Three milestones (40/30/30) on $60,000+ engagements. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel before kickoff begins, and non-refundable once kickoff begins. No work starts before the deposit clears.
